Cheng (Rebecca) Chen is the founder of the law firm Woodruff & Lou, LLC and Of Counsel to Sirotkin Varacalli & Hamra, LLP. Her practice is focused on developing immigration strategies that best serve the U.S. residence and employment authorization needs of her clients. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Rebecca has extensive experience in immigration practice. She has successfully assisted clients to apply for EB-5 investor’s green cards and L-1A visas for foreign executives and managers. In addition to her broad employment-based immigration practice, Rebecca has experience in family-based immigration, e.g., green card application for foreign relatives.
Before joining Woodruff & Luo, Rebecca was an associate attorney in a renowned Manhattan law firm, where she worked in a wide range or practice areas including business immigration, corporate law, and trademark law. She also worked at government and public interest entities, where she received invaluable experience in Litigation, Healthcare, Elder Law and Estate Planning.
